In other words, if you have an associate's degree, it may not be an advantage to you if you're applying for a management position.To apply for a job, you must have knowledge of the specific time frame you want to work in. If you're interviewing for a position that you'll be applying for after two months, for example, it makes no sense to stress about your degree. In other words, be a salesperson.One thing tha t you don't want to do is get overly specific about the job, but only have knowledge of the specific time frame you want to work in. All you really need to know is that you want to work here, and the specific job description of the company is not as important as the fact that you want to work here.
